Heart of Gold Home Care Inc. is a certified Provider Approved Service Agency (PASA) and a Class B licensed Home Care Agency (HCA). We provide Long-Term Support Services (LTSS) to individuals who qualify under the HCBS and Community First Choice (CFC) waivers.
We serve both adults and children through the following waiver programs:
- Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver
- Elderly, Blind, and Disabled (EBD) Waiver
- Supported Living Services (SLS) Waiver
- Children’s Extensive Support (CES) Waiver
